UAS RN Assessor-BK

We are seeking a FULL-TIME RN for our 1/2 Remote UAS Assessor role in Brooklyn.

This is a 1/2 REMOTE role-meaning that 2-3 days a week you would be conducting assessments via Televideo (3 assessments per day) and the other 2-3 days you would be completing Home-Based Face2Face assessments in BROOKLYN. (2 assessments per day)

*MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS OF HOME CARE EXPERIENCE*
